Refund policy

As per Australian consumer law we DO NOT offer refunds for change of mind.

Consumer guarantees do not apply if you:

  • Got what you asked for but simply changed your mind, found it cheaper somewhere else, decided you did not like the purchase or had no use for it
    misused a product in any way that caused the problem
  • Knew of or were made aware of the faults before you bought the product.
    Asked for a service to be done in a certain way against the advice of the business or were unclear about what you wanted

But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item:

    • Has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it
    • Is unsafe
    • Is significantly different from the sample or description
    • Doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.

    Damaged Books Guidelines

    The following QUALIFY as damaged:

    • Ripped or bent pages
    • Dents or crushed edges larger than 1 cm
    • Rips or scratches to the covers larger than 1 cm
    • Residue or marks on the covers or spine that cannot be removed

    This would need to be proved with photos, along with images of how the packaging was on arrival, before and after it was opened.

    The following DO NOT QUALIFY as damaged:

    • Minimal creasing on the spine, covers or corners
    • Light scratches or marks on the covers
