Shipping

Orders are packed and shipped within 1-3 business days.

Internatioinal shipping is available except within the EU. We ship anywhere Australia Post allows pacels to be delivered. If your country is no available at checkout, please send through an email so we can assist.

Shipping to the United States.

Romance books, colouring books, bookmarks and artwork are TARIFF FREE. If you place an order that contains a canvas tote bag, enamel pin or flip coin, a duty fee will be calculated once you imput your address.

Europe

Due to the GPSR, we are currently unable to ship anywhere within the EU. This may change over time, but for now, the new regulations have made it impossible for us to conduct business within the EU region. 

Rachel's books are available on Amazon for anyone within the EU, unfortunately though,  they will not be signed or have any of the art that is available from direct purchases.

Returns

As per Australian consumer law we DO NOT offer refunds for change of mind.

Consumer guarantees do not apply if you:

  • Got what you asked for but simply changed your mind, found it cheaper somewhere else, decided you did not like the purchase or had no use for it
    misused a product in any way that caused the problem
  • Knew of or were made aware of the faults before you bought the product.
    Asked for a service to be done in a certain way against the advice of the business or were unclear about what you wanted

But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item:

  • Has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it
  • Is unsafe
  • Is significantly different from the sample or description
  • Doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.

Damaged Books Guidelines

The following QUALIFY as damaged:

  • Ripped or bent pages
  • Dents or crushed edges larger than 1 cm
  • Rips or scratches to the covers larger than 1 cm
  • Residue or marks on the covers or spine that cannot be removed

The following DO NOT QUALIFY as damaged:

  • Minimal creasing on the spine, covers or corners
  • Light scratches or marks on the covers
